PieceZ provides an AI-assisted music production experience inside Ableton Live. By accessing or using PieceZ, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service. These terms are intended to be fair and balanced while protecting both you and PieceZ.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
If you are using PieceZ on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
PieceZ assists with structure, MIDI generation, arrangement, and plugin settings. It does not guarantee a specific creative outcome or commercial success. You decide how to use and distribute the results.
The service may include experimental features. We will label or communicate beta functionality when appropriate so you can decide whether to use it.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Passwordless login links should not be shared or forwarded.
Please keep your email secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us promptly so we can assist.
We use email verification, rate limits, and abuse prevention measures to protect accounts. You agree not to bypass or interfere with these safeguards.
To keep the service reliable, we may temporarily limit access when suspicious activity is detected. We aim to minimize disruption and restore access as quickly as possible.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use PieceZ in a way that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or platform policies.
You retain full control over your creative decisions and are responsible for ensuring that your projects comply with licensing and intellectual property requirements.
PieceZ helps generate project structures, MIDI, and settings based on your input. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring they meet your requirements.
You should verify results before public release or commercial use, including any third-party plugin presets or libraries used in your project.
As between you and PieceZ, you retain ownership of your original inputs and the resulting project files, subject to third-party software and sample library licenses. You are responsible for ensuring your usage complies with those licenses.
We do not claim ownership over your music. We only need limited rights to process your inputs for the purpose of providing the service.
PieceZ integrates with third-party tools such as Ableton Live and plugin providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
If a third-party service changes or becomes unavailable, certain features may be affected. We will do our best to communicate such impacts in a timely manner.
Credits may be granted or purchased. Some credits may expire while others are permanent. Details are displayed in your dashboard.
You can review credit history and expiration dates in your dashboard. If you notice a discrepancy, contact support and we will investigate.
If you provide feedback, you grant us permission to use it to improve the service without obligation to you.
You can request that any sensitive details in feedback be removed from our internal tracking where feasible.
We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may evolve over time.
Planned maintenance and upgrades may require downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice in advance.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PieceZ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required by law.
You may stop using the service at any time. If you wish to delete your account, you can request deletion through support channels.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the product or by email.
If you have questions about these terms or need support, contact us at [email protected].
